We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Please examine and test the goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery usually with 7 days and notify us of any fault or damage.
Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. For hygiene, safety and copyright reasons we will not refund or exchange mattresses, mattress toppers, duvets or pillows unless they are faulty damaged or misdescribed.
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty, damaged or misdescribed.
Once it is received by us we will refund the price of the item to you.
We will refund the standard delivery charge on orders under £30 if they are returned to us within 7 days of receipt. If an order under £30 is returned to us after 7 days from receipt then we will refund the delivery charge only if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:
- The original account no longer exists
- The original account details have expired
- The order has been placed exclusively with gift vouchers
- The recipient requires a credit
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order/contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the Products.

Please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply to goods made to your specification, mattresses, mattress toppers, duvets and pillows unless they are faulty, damaged or misdescribed.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Amex, Maestro/Switch. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Postal Orders, Cheques |
|
We accept postal orders & personal cheques, made payable to "Tens Machine Direct" in UK Pound Sterling only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a postal order. For personal and company cheques, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a £25 fee on all returned cheques.

Multiple Product Orders |

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 2:30PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:30 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Pregnancy Pillow.co.uk (Tens Machine Direct) or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused shipping or product availability.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out of stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Taxes
We will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax (VAT) for all orders to be delivered to addresses within the UK & Ireland. For orders shipped to other countries you are solely responsible for all sales and other applicable taxes.
Typographical errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers we may refuse or cancel any orders placed fro products listed at the incorrect price. In such circumstances we will issue a credit to your credit card account in respect of any amount you may have already paid.
