The Mum "E" Pillow® is perfect for sleeping, relaxing and nursing your baby, it's multi-positional so you get a perfect night's sleep, it also promotes sleeping on your side which is the recommended sleeping position for expectant mums as research has shown sleeping on your side increases the blood flow to the placenta.

How to use the Mum "E" Pillow ®

Place your the pregnancy pillow flat on to your mattress, medical profesionals currently recommend that you sleep on your left side, as it is believed this can help to improve the blood flow to the placenta.
Please Note: If you prefer to sleep on your right side this is also possible, there is no firm evidence that sleeping on your right side makes much difference.
Lie on your side, pull the main support pillow towards and against your belly, rest your belly on the pillow
Place the leg support pillow between your knees, this will remove the pressure on your back and belly as well as supporting your upper leg
Finally, rest your head on the top of the pillow and have a great nights sleep
For baby Feeding, lay the pillow across your lap, and tie a bow in the cotton ties on either end of the pillow. the feed your baby.

	This pillow is so comfortable! Really has helped me to get a good nights sleep and has with my lower back ache. I would defiantly recommend this pillow to all expectant mums. It is a big pillow and will take up alot of your bed but it works and supports you. Defiantly worth the money.

	Miss
	The pillow is kinda large, Having a King bed this thing still takes up a bit of space. My partner started using this a month or so ago and for the first few weeks didn't get on with it, but now she wouldn't be without it. She is of a smaller build and finds the head rest part a little high but other than that she tells me it's now the only way to get a good nights sleep. Excellent buy, supports the legs and bump really well.

	Very Pleased
